The Medical Accident Group was set up in recognition of the fact that out of an estimated 900,000 medical accidents or mistakes that take place each year, only around 6,500 people actually bring potential claims.

Through using the mass media of television and the internet The Medical Accident Group wants to raise awareness of the public as to what legal options they may have in such an event.  We are not here to try and bash members of the medical profession but it is true to say that mistakes or accidents which could have been avoided, do occur. When things go wrong they can have very real effects on both the sufferer and those around them. It is only fair and reasonable to assist that person recover compensation for their losses.
